I was a very lucky girl to have Ant as my godfather. He was so funny, kind and warm and sailing trips were always enhanced by Ant being on board, laughing, the wind in his hair, trying with various degrees of success to unhook the mackerel that we caught, tinkering with the engine or sitting in the cockpit, drink in hand, spare arm round Sandie, Peggy, Libby or anyone else in need of warming up! It was always a pleasure to be in his company and we will all miss him hugely. Love to you both Sandie and Hugo x
